The juice of the lemon is about 5% to 6% citric acid, which makes the lemon have a sour taste.
When the lemon was first introduced to the Americans was in 1493 when Christopher Columbus
brought lemon seeds to America. The lemons were first used as medicine. Then is 19th century they only planted in Florida and California.
