hot dogs are made of pork beef and chicken. they start by putting leftover shavings of meat. they ground them like ground meat. they add processed chicken groundings and food starch salt and other flavorings. water is added to the mix and they stir it all together. they add corn syrup to add sweating. and you shape them and you have a hot dog.

Does it have to cool at the end or do they bake it at the end (what is the final step)? Did you really mean they add sweating? Or do they add sweetening?
