Smiling can help lower your heart rate when it gets high. It can also reduce stress, put you in a happier mood.



Studies show that we are more trustful of others when they smile.


It helps avoid pain, and avoid regret. It can also help you with your success. Smiling helps lower your blood pressure, smiling also helps boost your immune system.
