When you smile it make you life longer. You can't help smiling. When you are sad put a smile on your face and your brain will change your mood. Smiling makes you look younger. The muscles lift your face. Did you know that smiling make you look successful it makes you look confident

A smile is the best thing to wear. When you smile other people smile to. I do not know why but they do.

A smile might seem like a simple act that we often take for granted. But a smile is a lot more than just a line that appears across our faces when we are happy it is a act of kindness
